What we collect
Your name, contact details, property information, renovation requirements, and any files you choose to upload (floor plans, photos, quotations). We only collect what you submit through this form.
Why we collect it
To prepare your renovation pre-check report, advise you on your renovation, and follow up with you via your preferred contact method. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How it is stored
Your submission is stored securely and is accessible only to PRDT staff. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to advise you on your renovation enquiry and for reasonable business records afterwards. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us via prdt.com.sg and we will respond promptly.
